Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter is Oxfam a company limited by guarantee in England and Wales (612172) and a registered charity in England & Wales (202918) and Scotland (SC039042) with registered office at Oxfam House, John Smith Drive. Cowley Oxford OX4 2JY.

Eligibility

3. All UK residents [excluding residents of Northern Ireland] are eligible to enter, excluding Oxfam, Barbour and Glastonbury employees and volunteers.

4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over, at time of entering the prize draw.

Entry Requirements

5. Entrants must order a donation bag via the prize draw form on the Oxfam GB website and return to Oxfam with a Barbour wax jacket enclosed.

6. When ordering a donation bag to send in your Barbour wax jacket, you will receive an automatic email containing a reference number. Please ensure you include your reference number in your donation bag by writing it on the leaflet sent to you along with your donation bag, or a separate piece of paper. Failure to include your reference number in your donation bag will exclude you from the competition.

7. Only men’s and women’s Barbour, Barbour International and Barbour Beacon wax jackets are eligible donations for this prize draw Children’s wax jackets are not included in this promotion.

8. Counterfeit products shall not be accepted as an eligible donation for this prize draw

9. Any additional donations contained in the same donation bag as your Barbour jacket are welcomed and will be sold by Oxfam across our shop network, online shop, or at Festivals.

10. Gift Aid can be added to any additional items in your donation bag, but the Barbour jacket you are donating as your prize draw submission will be excluded.

11. Alternatively, entrants may submit a postal entry (ordinary first or second-class post). Postal entries must submitted as a letter addressed to ‘Oxfam/Barbour/Glastonbury Prize Draw, Mill Forest Way, Grange Rd, Batley WF17 6RA’, containing the entrants full name, address, and email address. Postal entrants are not required to donate a Barbour Wax Jacket to enter the prize draw.

12. Entries to this prize draw are weighted. Entering by donating a Barbour Wax Jacket is worth 10 entries. Postal entries are worth 1 entry. A maximum of 10 postal entries per person is permitted. Any postal entries above this number will not be included in the draw. Each postal entry must be submitted in a separate outer envelope with the correct postage stamp.

13. The prize draw opens at 9am Monday 24th March 2025. The web form to enter closes at Midnight Monday 14th April 2025. New entries cannot be submitted after this date, however postal bags containing an eligible Barbour wax jacket and reference number received up to close of business on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 will still be accepted. Postal entries will also be accepted up to close of business on Tuesday 22nd April.

The Winner

14. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries (any donation bag containing an eligible Barbour wax jacket and reference number or the free postal entry route).

15. There will be one winner of the prize draw to win 2 x general admission tickets to Glastonbury Festival 2025 and 2 x Barbour Re-loved jackets.

16. Second and third place entrants will be selected in the initial prize draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days of being contacted, the prize will be awarded to the second-place entrant. If the second-place entrant does not respond within 5 days of being contacted, the prize will be awarded to the third-place entrant.

17. The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the closing date.

18. Oxfam’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

19. The prize is 2 x tickets to Glastonbury Festival 2025 and 2 x Barbour Re-loved jackets made to your size and will be despatched by Barbour.

20. No cash alternative can be substituted.

21. The receipt by the winning entrant of any of the prize components is conditional upon compliance by the winner with these rules. The winning entrant may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of these rules and other terms and conditions, consents or releases relating to the prizes.

22. The winner will receive two (2) general admission entry tickets, with which they can redeem entry to the Festival for themselves and a guest (‘Guest’). The winner must accept sole responsibility for the care and safety of any Guest aged 18 or younger on 25th of June 2025 for the duration of the event.

23. The Prize will be personalised to the named winner and their Guest.

24. The winner will be required to provide the Glastonbury Registration number for themselves and their Guest. Details of how to obtain the Glastonbury Registration number will be provided to the winner.

25. The winner and their Guest will be required to verify their identity as the named ticket holders in order to gain access to the event.

26. The winner and their Guest must arrive at the event together.

27. The winner and their Guest must not be intoxicated at the point of redeeming their prize of 2 general admission tickets

28. Entry to the Festival is subject to the full Glastonbury Ticket Terms and Conditions of Entry, which can be found here.

29. In order to receive their tickets, the winner will be required to send us their name, and the name of their chosen guest. They will also be required to send us their Glastonbury registration number, which can be found here if they already have one prior to winning the competition, or they can submit a new registration here if they do not.

30. Any tickets that are found to be offered for transfer or sale will be cancelled, and the ticket holders refused admission.

31. All tickets and passes for Glastonbury Festival are strictly non-transferable.

32. The winner must be aged 18 or over. Any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied to the Festival by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over, who would usually be the parent, carer, legal guardian or other adult entrusted with the care of that child) who accepts full responsibility and full supervision, at all times, for all under 16s attending under their supervision. Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to enter, leave, or re-enter the Festival site unaccompanied by their responsible adult. Persons aged 13-15 (teenagers) may be permitted to exit and re-enter the Festival if wearing a “Parental Permission for Exit/Re-entry Wristband”.

33. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

General

34. Oxfam shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the winner if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Neither shall Oxfam Glastonbury or Barbour be liable to the winner for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this prize draw and/or the prize, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of Oxfam Glastonbury or Barbour. Barbour’s involvement in this competition is limited to the provision of the Re-loved Jackets, and they have no other involvement other than that.

35. Oxfam reserves the right to make any reasonable amendments to these terms and conditions at any stage. In this event, a notice will be posted on the Donate by Post webpage. Oxfam also reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

36. As a condition of entering the prize draw, entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. Oxfam will not be liable in any way if any entrant enters the prize draw unlawfully.

37. Any personal information collected by Oxfam in connection with a prize draw will be used in accordance with Oxfam’s privacy policy.

38. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope together with details of the prize draw winners list you require to Oxfam within 30 days from the relevant closing date.

39. Oxfam must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Oxfam will send the surname and county of the major prize winner to anyone who emails heretohelp@oxfam.org.uk or writes to “Supporter Relations, Oxfam GB, Oxfam House, John Smith Drive. Cowley Oxford OX4 2JY.” (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within [one] month after the closing date stated in clause 13. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Oxfam at heretohelp@oxfam.org.uk. In such circumstances, Oxfam must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

40. This prize draw and these T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
