Update: we are now out of free Palestinian soap

Fund unity and peace

In a world that feels more divided every day, Christmas is the perfect time to start a monthly gift to Oxfam. In the run up to Christmas 2024, we offered a bar of free Palestinian soap to people who started a monthly gift. While we are now out of free soap, you can still help fund the people and projects building a fairer, more peaceful world.

Nothing good comes from division and war

But in every conflict we see the same thing: millions of people helping to rebuild peace with compassion, understanding and support for each other.

That includes people like you. Because when you choose to fund unity, not division - you're backing the people worst affected by conflict to rebuild their lives and communities.

Keeping peace alive in Yemen

Munadhel lives in Yemen. He's been subject to racial discrimination his whole life. And the war has meant taking on a lot more responsibility at a much younger age.

But Munadhel's determination has driven success. Using money and training received from Oxfam, he finished his studies, bought a laptop, funded his siblings' education and bought a motorbike to help him in his food distribution business within his community.

Looking to the future

He's now focusing on his bachelor's degree before doing a Master's and PhD. Because when you invest in peace, you invest in people's futures.

I aim to hold a high position, despite all the challenges we faced, despite all the obstacles that were in our way...”
