REACTION: Civilian fatalities in Sana’a airstrikes

Reacting to the series of airstrikes in Sana’a this morning, Muhsin Siddiquey, Oxfam’s Yemen Country Director, said:
“Despite recent reports of a withdrawal of troops from the port of Hudaydah, the tragic loss of life in Sana’a shows that death and destruction are continuing across Yemen.
“The international community urgently needs to push all sides to reach an immediate nationwide ceasefire before more Yemeni civilians lose their lives to this conflict.”
