Get a £5 M&S voucher when you donate with Oxfam x M&S ‘Another Life’ scheme
Oxfam and Marks & Spencer have continued our long-lasting partnership to launch the ‘Another Life’ scheme. By donating to the Another Life scheme, you can make an extraordinary impact with your pre-loved clothes and even earn a little something back for you!
What is ‘Another Life’
Since Marks & Spencer and Oxfam’s powerful partnership began in 2008, over 35 million garments have been donated in M&S and Oxfam Shops, generating an estimated £23 million for Oxfam.
‘Another Life’ is the exciting evolution of this collaboration, making it easier for you to extend the life of your pre-loved M&S clothing and raise money to help support Oxfam, our partner organisations, and people, to tackle poverty and create a fairer, more equal world.
Every item donated as part of Another Life makes a real difference. Oxfam expertly maximises the value of each piece, turning unwanted clothes into millions of pounds annually. Whether sold in shops, online, or recycled, your donations drive real change. and Oxfam knows how to make the most money out of every single donated item. Unwanted clothes donated to Oxfam shops or in M&S stores are turned into millions of pounds every year – whether by selling them in our shops, selling them overseas or recycling them.
How it works
1. Donate your unwanted clothes in Oxfam shops
Bring your unwanted clothes to any Oxfam shop and receive a £5 M&S voucher for every donation that includes at least one M&S-labelled item. Use this voucher on clothing, home, and beauty products at M&S (minimum £35 spend, exclusions apply).
2. Donate your pre-loved clothes to us at M&S
Drop your pre-loved items, regardless of brand, into an Another Life donation station at any M&S store.
What will happen to my donations?
When you take part in the ‘Another Life’ scheme, your pre-loved clothing will be sorted and, depending on its condition, will be either sold in our high-street shops, online shop, or at festivals. By doing this we can extend your clothing’s life and raise money towards charitable projects tackling poverty around the world. Clothes we can't resell, or reuse are sold in bulk to reprocessing companies to be reborn as mattress filling or carpet underlay.
